Top 5 Wednesday | Vampire Books

Top 5 Wednesday

Top 5 Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Thoughts on Tomes and created by Lainey @ Gingereadslainey with different bookish topics for each week.

They also have a Goodreads group if you want to check it out!

This week’s topic is: Books featuring Vampires

I decided to switch it up this week and go with books that I want to read instead of recommending books I’ve already read. Just a heads up, there’s no way I could stop at just 5 books lol. I’m going to try to limit myself to 10….we’ll see how it goes. I’m a huge lover of vampires and wish they would make a comeback into the book world. Fingers crossed!!

The Awakening (The Vampire Diaries, #1)

The Awakening by L.J. Smith

The Warlord Wants Forever (Immortals After Dark #1)

The Warlord Wants Forever by Kresley Cole

Dark Prince (Dark, #1)

Dark Prince by Christine Feehan

Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy, #1)

Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead

Succubus Blues (Georgina Kincaid, #1)

Succubus Blues by Richelle Mead

Halfway to the Grave (Night Huntress, #1)

Halfway to the Grave by Jeaniene Frost

A Quick Bite (Argeneau #1)

A Quick Bite by Lynsay Sands

How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire (Love at Stake, #1)

How to Marry a Millionaire Vampire by Kerrelyn Sparks

The Last True Vampire (Last True Vampire, #1)

The Last True Vampire by Kate Baxter

Some Girls Bite (Chicagoland Vampires, #1)

Some Girls Bite by Chloe Neill

Those are the books that I’m wanting to read involving vampires. If you’ve read any of these, please let me know what you thought (no spoilers of course). Most of these have a million books in their series so they have to be somewhat good right?!

A well written vampire book is hard to beat! If you know of any vampire books that I missed that you loved, please let me know in the comments below!

Top 5 Wednesday | Favorite Bromances

Top 5 Wednesday

Top 5 Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Thoughts on Tomes and created by Lainey @ Gingereadslainey with different bookish topics for each week.

This week’s topic is: Favorite Bromances

*Clicking on the book cover will take you to its Goodreads page*

A Court of Mist and Fury (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #2)

Cassian, Rhysand, & Azriel have the best bromance. Even though Rhysand is their High Lord, he still is one of the guys. Rhysand would do anything for his court and they would do anything for him.

Queen of Shadows (Throne of Glass, #4)

Another favorite bromance of SJM is Aedion and Rowan. These two weren’t sure about each other in the beginning but quickly formed a bromance. Aelin has her hands full dealing with these two.

These 4 guys form the ultimate bromance squad. They are hockey players who also share an apartment. I love seeing them tease each other but when either of them needs something, they all come together no matter what.

Stolen Songbird (The Malediction Trilogy, #1)

Tristan and Marc are a rough bromance. They have so many ups and downs in their relationship. Saying that, they would drop anything to help the other out. I feel these two would give their life for each other.

Dark Lover (Black Dagger Brotherhood, #1)

The series is called the Black Dagger BROTHERhood. That should tell you how close all these guys are. When one of them is hurting, they all hurt. Most of the guys live in the same compound together. It’s a great series about a group of vampires who always have each other’s backs.

There you have it! My top 5 list of bromances! All of these are great reads and I encourage you to check them out 🙂 Dark Lover and the Off Campus series are adult reads with mature themes, just to give a heads up. Actually, all of these except Stolen Songbird have some adult themes to them (sexy times). So if you aren’t into those, just check out Stolen Songbird 🙂 Thank you for checking out my first ever Top 5 Wednesday! Leave your links below if you participated this week and I’ll check it out!
