This review is for an ARC and is my unbiased, honest opinion.

You guys know I have a weakness for single dads. Knuckles did not let me down in regards to being such an amazing father. He always put his girls first and was always there for them. I love how he wasn’t with their mother anymore but he didn’t let that affect him seeing his daughters, caring for them, etc. It takes a real man to step up as a father let me tell you. There is also nothing more attractive than a present father.

This story follows up Ace of Hearts where we have Erin’s cousin, Celina, front and center for her turn at romance with a MC member. Who better for her to fall for than Erin’s bestie, Knuckles? lol!! I found myself relating to Celina is so many ways. She was afraid of trusting men and allowing them to break down the walls she built up to hide behind. Celina was afraid of getting hurt and putting herself out there when there’s no guarantee that it will all work out. I struggle with putting myself out there too. Trusting others is not easy to do when you’ve been let down so much. I just loved her backstory and how she still wanted to be her own woman/person even after she was in a relationship. Overall, she was such a great character.

There’s just something about this series that I cannot get enough of. These stories take me about a day to a day and a half to read. It goes by WAY too fast. I want them to be 500+ pages. I’m going to start the next book, Going Rogue, right away. Rogue has been the guy I’ve been crushing on since book one so I cannot wait to see how his story goes. I’m also hoping the author stretches this series out. I’ll take 5 or more additional books please 🙂 4.5 Stars
